We are seeking an experienced Senior Engagement Manager to lead the successful delivery of complex, customer‑facing software implementation engagements. In this role, you will serve as a trusted partner to enterprise clients—owning delivery outcomes, guiding cross‑functional teams, and ensuring projects are executed with excellence from kickoff through go‑live.

This is a senior, highly visible role ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of client leadership, delivery governance, and operational rigor. You will manage multiple concurrent engagements, balance priorities across stakeholders, and proactively navigate scope, timeline, and budget considerations—all while fostering strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own end‑to‑end delivery of multiple medium‑to‑large-to-enterprise client engagements, ensuring successful outcomes aligned to scope, schedule, and budget

  • Serve as the primary client contact representing the customer’s interests while balancing internal delivery and business objectives

  • Lead cross‑functional delivery teams coordinating consultants, architects, and partners to execute against project plans

  • Provide proactive communication to customers and internal stakeholders on status, risks, dependencies, and decisions

  • Manage financial performance, including monitoring budgeted hours, forecasting, and addressing variances

  • Identify and mitigate risks, escalating issues appropriately and driving resolution across teams

  • Guide delivery best practices, helping teams work efficiently while continuously improving engagement execution

  • Support change and adoption, ensuring customers are prepared for implementation success and long‑term value realization

Essential Experience

  • 7+ years of experience in client‑facing project or engagement management, ideally in a SaaS or enterprise software environment

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

  • Proven success managing multiple concurrent implementations with complex stakeholders

  • Strong command of delivery governance, including scope management, budgeting, and risk mitigation

  • Exceptional communication and relationship‑building skills, with confidence engaging senior customer stakeholders

  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast‑paced, matrixed environment

  • Experience working with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery models

Nice to Have

  • Experience with enterprise SaaS implementations (finance, procurement, order‑to‑cash, or similar domains)

  • PMP, Agile, or similar professional certifications

  • Experience mentoring or coaching engagement managers or project leads

Salary Range: $111,800 - 145,000 + Incentive
